Yes, I'm still waiting from 13th September 2021, it's now November 2022. They are stressing me out so much.

I tried to phone them but I couldn't get through to any person. It's just an automatic recording. Is there is direct contact?

Please what kind of evidence constitute sole responsibility for couples that are legally married even before the child was born?

Marriage certificate, proove of address for both of you, child birth certificate, proove of financial, physical,spiritual and emotional support to the child. Family photos with the child. A letter from whoever is looking after the child

Anything else that reflects both of you are in the life of the child....

I would assume this should do it.

I have spoken to my MP twice as well as Citizens advice all to no avail...got no criminal record either so I don't understand why the delay

My passport was held when I went to enroll my biometrics in Sheffield.
I had no email or update regarding the return of my passport.
Any advise?

I got my decision today and its been granted me and my wife extension and for my 2 young kids ILR on the basis on Early Concession.

Mine is 13 months and I'm still waiting. I have written to the complaint team but they have not responded yet.
