Yes, I'm still waiting from 13th September 2021, it's now November 2022. They are stressing me out so much.

I tried to phone them but I couldn't get through to any person. It's just an automatic recording. Is there is direct contact?

Hello guys.i am sorry to take your space to find out how to resolve this issue. My wife and I are married and in the UK with 3 of our children that was born here in the UK and through whom we obtained our 10 yrs route visa based on the 7 year outside of the rule immigration .. We have our older child that was born outside of the UK and he is 11yrs old. We apply for him to join us as family 5 months ago and the entry clearance or home office is asking us to provide evidence of sole responsibility.
Please what kind of evidence constitute sole responsibility for couples that are legally married even before the child was born?

Marriage certificate, proove of address for both of you, child birth certificate, proove of financial, physical, spiritual and emotional support to the child. Family photos with the child. A letter from whoever is looking after the child

Anything else that reflects both of you are in the life of the child....

I would assume this should do it.

Thanks guys .my boy has successfully be granted.

FLR FP Extension

Application online: 13 September 2021
Biometrics: 4 October 2021
Approval: Still waiting!

Exactly one year since application and more than 11 months since biometrics appointment and still no response. (I did not use fee waiver). I sent a complaint in August which they replied yesterday and told me I have to wait.
Still waiting.... 13 months :( it's stressful.
Decision received today! 9th November 2022. 14 months later.

I made a request for Early ILR for 18-25 which has been granted!

Hopefully the Home Office speeds up and gives everyone decisions quicker.

My MP contacted them on Monday to escalate. I'm not sure if that is what happened or they finally got to me. But nonetheless I'm thankful. I really hope no one has to wait this long again, it's completely demoralising.

Hi the complaints team responded to my email

the relevant department have now requested your passport from our central storage location, and upon your passport being received this will then be posted to your legal representative’s office. Please note that we anticipate it may take up to 20 days for your legal representative’s office to receive your passport.
