Submitted application 14 January 2024 super priority

Documents uploaded on 14 January
Decesion email received on same day 15 January at 15:30 pm

My advice is to use super priority if you can it is big relief any questions i am happy to answer and thanks to form creater i been member here since 6 years
Congratulations !! Can I ask you, on your visa have you got access to public funds.
I will renew my visa first extension FLR FP in June 2024, I am a single parent I want to pay the priority service but don’t know if they deal with visas that have been granted access to public funds or will they require more information and then I will have to wait for up to 12 months ?
Kind regards

Can someone please advise as my third renewal took 16 months to be approved.

Can I apply through the super priority service to be granted my Parent route with recourse and waiver? Has anyone applied through super priority and got recourse to public fund?

Thanks everyone and to those who responded before, thank you very much.

Super priority service 3rd extension Flr fp parent route
I attended biometric appointment on 22/07/22
I received decision this morning 0930am 25/07/22
Approved and permitted to work, study, benefit.
I would say it’s worth applying using super priority service if you want fast response and have no unspent criminal record.
Hi krystal2022 hope you can help me! I will be applying for my first extension parent of a British child in June I am expecting to pay super priority,
My question is as I still need access to public funds did you take bank statements and wage slips, what else did you take if anything ?
Kind regards

@Heartbreakkid,

You are not alone, I applied for Fee waiver to 21 of August 2032 still waiting . I emailed them last Sunday 21/01/2024 they responded today, telling me that it's still in consideration yarara. I used this email I got from here read through timelines.
Here is the email I used:
fhr9destitutionqueries@homeoffice.gov.uk

This is my last extension, It looks like it's going to take 12 months or more for the whole application to be considered it is so frustrating 😞.
I'm due to Apply Indefinitely Leave to Remain March 2025

Hope this will help others and everyone who are still waiting:

FLR(FP) 4th (Last Extension)
Application submitted: 11/07/2023
Biometrics: 15/07/2023
Visa Grant Email: 26/01/2024
BRP: Still waiting

I recieved my decision email yesterday after waiting for about 6 months or so. I was worried because my 3rd extension
took about 12months. Not wanting to wait that long again, i decided to contact my MP to make a 'status inquiry'. The MP replied
that they were informed by the homeoffice that it may take up to 12months or even more to process. I also send a follow up
complaints email using the .gov website: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisat ... -procedure and i recieved a similar message that "FLR (FP) applications are not currently subjected to any service standards" and
could take 12 months to complete, even longer.

About 3 days after receiving reply from my MP and the complaints department, i got the decision email from homeoffice. I am not sure
if my contact helped or they finally got to my turn, but that might have played a role.

I am glad this whole 10year muddy and stressful journey is finally getting behind me as i 'll be applying for my indefinite leave to remain im May 2024 (after completing 10yr of legal stay in the UK)

Good luck to everyone who is waiting for a decision (I have you all in my prayers). Hope this helps and all the best!

Hi, disciple,

Congratulations lucky you, I will try to contact my pm as well.
Did you apply for fee waiver as well.

Since you are qualifying for the Leave to Remain this May, I'm curious to know why you didn't just wait chasing HO?, then in April you submit the Indefinite application?
But I guess you can still do it it's by April you are still waiting for the decision.

@Caseyk3
No, i did not use fee waiver. My LTR comes with 'No recourse to public fund'.
You're right! I would have considered waiting till April/May but i have urgent need to travel. Also, i would like to avoid the intricacies of dealing with multiple application with the HO in May.

Hello @ Kindi,
I'm so sorry to hear that you still haven't received a decision yet. I'm also in the same boat as you. I've been waiting for 17 months now. I pray that we get a decision soon as the waiting period has been so difficult. However, I'm still hopeful for a positive outcome.
