FLR FP Extension - Last 2 years cohabitation or 2.5 years

Post by alphagear » Wed May 19, 2021 8:36 am

Hi guys,

Gonna apply soon for FLR FP extension for my wife.

I'm a little confused. Do we need to provide the last 2 years of cohabitation with Wife or the last 2.5 years since FLR FP was granted?

Thanks.

This is a FREE platform which has helped majority of us. We are repaying the same thing in return which itself is a better thing to help others! You can pay it forward in the future. Good luck

You're not helping though are you?

I know exactly how great this forum has been been to me and that's exactly why I am here asking for help again.

You must be deluded to think that i am spamming your post thread or my replies are based on sarcasm!! If you post on this platform, you should expert different views and I already gave you my views in previous post if you are not happy with it either wait for other members contribution or pay to seek for legal advice!

Your previous question was answered because you are asking whether you need cohabitation proof when applying under FLR FP? in which I answered NO despite the fact no one replied to your comment.

Your last post which has now been locked by the mods for duplicating threads!! Sometimes UKVI do grant extra months on some leave if you have upto 28 days on previous leave, I commented that you should applied 28 days before your leave is due to expire so that it can help you towards 10 years continuous leave in the UK under long residence route.

I won't stoop so low to your level but we don't repel evil with evil but with some better.

I wish you all the very best and I will not comment on any future post relating to your thread.

:D
