Application type (FLR(FP); on the basis of a partner with whom I've been with for 15 months and a British citizen child. Application was submitted prior to the expiry of a visa granted on the basis of being the partner of an ex-wife. The leave was curtailed following breakdown of the marriage and was given up to Nov 12th by the Home Office to either make a further application for leave to remain or leave the country.

-Currently awaiting decision : Date to be confirmed.
