Flr M extension enquiry

Post by Monserrat » Sat Jan 07, 2023 1:17 pm

Hello to all

I am due to apply for my flr m extension on the 5 year route and i need assistance please if possible as i am not going through a solicitor.

I had an accommodation report done the 1st time I applied and am still at the same property do I need to get a new one done or the same one will be fine? Is the the same as an environmental report? I have read somewhere here about it being part of the extension application.

Many thanks for your time 🙏

You haven't stated what type of accommodation you live? Sole occupancy, shared with others, living with extended family.......

Oh my apologies.

I live with my husband and child. We rent privately through a property management company. 3 bed property. I have a contract with them.

Thank you.

You do NOT require a property inspection report for an extension.

You need to submit what the form asks plus two years evidence in both your names at the same address from 3-6 difference sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

Thanks so much for clarifying that, saves me some money. Thanks for the very quick response.

Just one more thing. I have an A2 test booked for my English but I see somewhere B1 test being mentioned in extensions for flr M. Is that the same thing or I booked the wrong test.

Much appreciated 🙏

A2 is required an extension. B1 is required for ILR and citizenship.

You can do B1 now too.
