You will need to apply for an extension. You were advised of this already last year when you asked.

hi,

If 2nd FLR M gets excepted, can she apply for her ILR after a few months, as she will have the required 5 years. Or will she have to wait a further 2.5 years?

She can apply at any time she becomes eligible
