@ all the forum family, stay strong and congrats to everyone that have been granted. Been a few weeks since iv been on the forum.
An update to mine is that the amoebas have asked me to withdraw JR without costs and they will reconsider and if they refuse again, they will issue removal directions.

I have responded by stating that I am willing to sign as long as I have my costs back! What do you guys think??

I think it's a good development ,however since you are representing yourself I guess, I think they won't refund any costs

If I were you,I will signed the Consent Orders without Costs pay and put everything in prayer for positive outcome which I believed you will be granted this time around ,otherwise negotiating May takes another months to come ,wasting your time and money and you never can tell anything could happen regarding immigration rules

Pray for Case worker that they will assign to reconsider your Case ,that he/ she will favour you

Hope this helps

I agree with winners on this one. There is a tide my friend and you are closer to the breakthrough more than ever and negotiations just postpones the obvious.

Hi EMS1927

I just want to know which part of UK u have your hearing.

Actually i am looking for long hearing dates but when i see your appeal timeline i am bit shocked that u submit appeal on 6 june and got hearing in early september.
Is that a paper hearing or oral one?

your reply will give me a lot of help

Regards.

As others have said sign to avoid delay, however, am sure that If you insist that HO will bear the cost another letter will be sent out to you accepting to bear the cost. Just of recent I come across someone in sure a situation and the treasury solicitor agree that HO will bear the cost. But left for me I will sign and let go.
