As for me, this is my second application, first was refused on financial requirement, so had to apply on (fp) since i have no valid leave anymore, only difference is now my wife now earns more than the financial requirement, even though the (fp) route doesn't require a financial requirement. Also we don't have any kids, just applied based on my british partner. I will appreciate if you can share a bit more on your own situation. Thanks.

I just received a letter from the home office. And alhamdoulilah it's good news. I've been granted 30 months leave to remain. Thank you all forum members for the support and for sharing your experiences and advice. I pray for everyone waiting to get a positive outcome inchallah.
@icehouse256 I applied on form FLR(fp) based on British guns and and daughter. We fulfill all the requirements apart from the leave I was on visitor visa and overstayed for less than 28 days.

(2driving without insurance and 1 over speeding). I came to the UK on a 2years spouse visa in 2012. my marriage broke down after 2years. my Ex refused to give me my daughter's passport and birth certificate. I managed to get another birth certificate. My daughter has ILR but not yet British. It was kind of a gamble indeed. I gathered all documents I could and I managed to get the victory today in exactly 2months. Freedom for atleast 30months. Don't be afraid anyone in this kind of situation. There's nothing impossible with God. May God grant you all your freedom.

@ Collin am pleased you got your stay, but it's a bit awkward how the HO work, people who are not in the eyes of the law are not granted while someone like you who is a persistent law breaker gets away with it. God is definitely on your side.

Nilemarques I hope I don't look or sound stupid by saying this is good news. If they have agreed to reimburse the cost it sure sounds like GodsAuthority. They reimbursed it and was then granted. Sounds like victory to me and I am positive of this. My prayers are with you and I know victory is ours eventually by God's grace.

Like you said, its God's working. Nothing impossible with God. Luke 1:37. Whoever refused to risk achieved nothing. I had no option but to apply regardless of my offences. I just wanted to share with whoever is in similar situation. Try your luck.

Some times it's worth giving them a call on 03001232241 option 4 (progress of application) in my case, once I made 8weeks on 05/08/2014, I called and after waiting in the que for 20mins I was informed my case isn't yet decided I should continue to wait. I reminded the advisor of the 8weeks processing times on the web site but challenged me that its just a guideline. However, just after a day in between, I received my BRP. If you're sure you're application is well over due, try giving them a call. I am sure it's not a criminal offence. I pray you get your freedom soon. God is with you
