on Applicantion form at top right hand corner. If you attaching appendix 2 then also write on it.
We have done with the appointment today, next step will be to send all origional Documents to Shefield along with one copy of all, am I right ?

You need to re-read again the previous posts that it would be done through UKVCAS/VFS who will send documents electronically to them.
VFS Have had scanned and forwarded to UKVI , they checked origional documents and scanned them. we have recevied 2x text msg 1st one stating your application is accepted under Ref#..... and 2nd is the visa appplication for REF#.... was forwarded to UKVI on 09/08/2019. .
On appointment letter it states that;
Information for Pakistan Settlement Visa Applicants Only
All Pakistan settlement applicants. You or your representative/sponsor must send a completed application package within 2 weeks of enrolling your biometrics (not before) to: UKVI International, PO Box 5852, Sheffield, S11 0FX. This should include a stamped, self-addressed envelope or prepaid return self-addressed courier envelope to return any original UK documents, GWF reference, 1 printed copy of the application form, photo and all additional supporting documents. Only valuable documents
such as marriage/birth certificates will be returned to the address on the self-addressed envelope and only if you have supplied photocopies of them. We will not return documents if they have not been photocopied. Documents should be arranged in this order: Application form, Appendix2,English language evidence, Relationship documents, Maintenance and Accommodation documents. Once a decision has been made your passport will be returned to the VAC .
