ILR dependant qualify for 'home' tuition fees

Hi,

I have had permanent residence (ILR) status since May 2017, and my wife is my dependant. My wife wants to apply for a UK uni course, will she qualify for 'home' course fees?

Unlikely. Share needs settled ilr and 3 years residence to qualify.

Where in the UK are you located? Keep in mind that the rules vary between the four nations of the United Kingdom.
