ILR Dependant -- which form to use?

I am an ILR holder (10-year route); just before getting it I had Tier 4 student leave. My spouse currently has a Tier 4 PBS dependant leave, expiring October 2021.
Which form should we use to extend my spouse's leave? It seems to be that this should be SET(M), can someone confirm this?

Form SET M is for ilr. Your dependent doesn't qualify for ilr.

You need to apply on form FLR M, meeting the English and financial requirements.
