ILR Dependents

Hi,

My Family (Wife and son born in india) is currently live in UK as ILR dependents, they lived in UK continuously for the past 5 yes but, 1st 2.6 years as Tier-1 dependents and second half is on ILR dependents. now their visa is pending to renew soon. so my question is can i apply ILR for them? Please suggest

No, they need 5 years on the ILR dependent visas before they will qualify for ILR.

They will have to apply for a 2.5 year extension on form FLR(M) and meet English A2 and the financial requirements.

thanks you for quick reply, my current status now british citizen, are they still able to apply as FLR(M)?

Yes. FLR(M) is for the spouse of a person with ILR or BC.
