ILR holder wants to bring parents for long term

Post by rg1 » Sat Jan 09, 2010 11:40 am

Hi

I am an ILR holder.

I like to bring my parents (Indians, 65+ years of age) to stay in UK with me on a long term basis.

Is there any way to do this? On UK Visa site (http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply ... members#Q4), I see a separate category as family members. But could not find enough info there. It clearly states there that parents can stay long term in UK if their children hold settlement status.

My parents have been to UK earlier as visitors.

Thanx
