India red list- spouse extension

Hi,

I have an ILR and my wife is on a dependent visa. She is currently in India since 8 March 2021.It will be great if you could help with my questions below:

1. As a spouse on a dependent visa, is there any rule that for any future extension applications and ultimately ILR, she should not have been outside the UK for more than 90 days in the preceding 2.5 and 5 years of her application? I have also heard there is a 180 day rule where the applicant should not be outside the UK for more than 180 days.
2. Her dependent visa is expiring in January 2022. Does she need 6 months on her visa to come back to the UK?
3. There used to be a PDF on the government website regarding the rules which is not longer present. Only links with recent changes due to Corona. Where can I access the latest PDF?

When was her latest extension/visa issued?

Her visa was issued on 10 June 2019 and is due to expire on 07 January 2022

1. There is no absence limit for spouse visa holders.

2. No, she does not need 6 months visa validity to be able to return to the UK.
