FLR(FP) Application Advise - 18 - 25 HALF OF LIFE

Post by ilovepizza01 » Sun Jun 06, 2021 4:56 pm

Hi guys,

I've been here in the UK for well over half of my life and currently 21. I fit the category listed above.
I am just preparing my application. I have all my school records and some extra classes I took. Primary, secondary, sixth form and some extra classes but I have a few questions.

I don’t have a bank account so can't show finance (from info online this should be fine)

I didn’t take English test as this doesn’t seem to be required for my category but I have my gcse in English

Here’s a big one and ill appreciate any help or advise. I live with my sister who is a overstayer so I don’t want to use our address. Can anyone advise on how I can sort out the address issue? Should I try to stay at a hostel? I am currently an overstayer myself came here at 10 so i wouldn't qualify for housing.

Another big one. Can I use her bank card to pay for the form and the NHS surcharge? I don’t know if this is monitored. I didn’t bring her up at all in my application since I am now an adult

I just need an address in London for this. My dad is buried here in London so I mentioned him although he wasn't a resident, he passed away here but I'm not sure about showing the death certificate because it shows my sisters name and previous address.

Massive thanks to every contributor on here. Sharing your knowledge definitely reduces the stress this type of applications can build up.

I am originally Nigerian with no criminal records or arrest and its my first time applying.

Thanks

Is a Tourist Visa Leave TO Enter?

Post by ilovepizza01 » Tue Jun 08, 2021 4:41 pm

Working on my FLR(FP) application and a question asks if I've ever had a valid leave to enter or leave to remain. I had a tourist visa hence my question above.

I also chose No, I did not have a biometric residence permit for my most recent leave. I had a visa page on my passport is this correct?

thanks

A visitor visa is leave to enter under 25A, granted before arrival.
