Just a quick Question about Priority service on Spouse Visa

I am currently in process of applying for my wife visa in UK, i will be sending all documents with in the UK just bio metrics in PK

My question is a quick one i have heard that if you apply with priority service for the visa they only give you 28days to enter the UK whereas on normal service you get 33months visa issued which you can use to enter the UK.

Pls clarify this

All spouse visas issued overseas are only valid for an initial 30 days for travelling to the uk and then the BRP card is collected within 10 days once in the UK and will be a 2.5 year validity.

It is the same regardless of standard or priority application.

But i will be applying in the UK, only biometrics will be done in Pakistan

Is it still the same?

You cannot apply in the UK. The applicant must apply in home country. Certain documents must be submitted in home country.

If granted a visa, it will be an initial 30 day valid visa.
