Need Advice about spouse visa

hello friends....I m from lahore pakistan....I lodged my application on 26 jan 2018....I just got 2 emails form home office...the fst one is ur case is in visa clearance office...the second email is ur case os no straight forward on 16 april 2018....is any one help me about this...how much time more for patience
