Need some advice for Fiancé visa application

We are applying for a fiancé visa.
Just wanted to check out what documents I need to get the fiancé visa.
I am on PIP and I live in a flat from social housing , with a carer who stays 2/4 nights a week depending on how I feel.
Anybody’s help will be much appreciated!

Income: Financial Requirements
PIP enhanced rate £357.68 4weekly
Employment part time £400.00 4 weekly
Housing benefit £722.88 4weekly
CTC £261.12 4weekly
ESA £794.40 4 weekly
Council Tax £0.00 exempt

Accommodation.

3 bed flat. Tenancy agreement stating that up to 5 people can live in the property.
At present myself, my daughter, occasionally Carer stays over.

Can somebody help if this is enough for the financial / accommodation requirements please?

Do I need a letter from the carer stating what day to day care & support they provide me with ? Or not?

There is no housing costs cause I get Housing Benefit! It pays all the rent.
