English Language Requirement

Post by manomzd » Thu Apr 26, 2018 8:29 am

Hi members
I have completed 5 Years MBBS degree Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Pakistan and suppose to apply for UK naric English language statement for family settlement visa.
Could any experienced member confirm if the above degree meets English language requirements and recommend to apply for UK naric rather than doing IELTS? as i just dnt want to waste money and time.

NARIC UKVI Red Route and English B1 test costs the same, £150. English test is usually quicker.

Members on the forum can't comment if your degree meets the requirement as we are not authorised to assess degrees.

You can appear in B1 and disappear very quickly if you are over-confident.

If your asking if you can do test without any lesson, then yes you can especially as you are a MBBS and surgeon so it should be easy for you.

You have to appear in person. It is not an 'online' test. You must also only do a test that is on the HO approved test provider list otherwise your visa will be refused.

You need NARIC Language assessment and comparability assessment. It is the UKVI Red Route NARIC option you choose.

You have sufficient. A property inspection report is only required when the house has multiple occupants.

Post by manomzd » Sat Jun 30, 2018 5:25 am

Hi Guys
I have a question regarding English language documents: I have got Statement of comparability and Language Assessment from UKNAric on the basis of Pakistani degree and MOI letter from University.
Is it enough to send UK naric documents to home office or do i need to send again Degree and MOI to home office also for spouse visa application?

Sponsor Interview

Post by manomzd » Thu Aug 23, 2018 1:32 pm

Hi Guys
Sponsor's documents has been returned from Sheffield on 04/08/18, however no one called to sponsor or employer yet. Does home office call randomly or everyone?

Spouse Visa

Post by manomzd » Sat Sep 15, 2018 10:25 am

Hi Guys
I have'nt heard anything since documents returned from HO on 04/08/18, (Standard) application date is 04/07/18 moreover there is no interview call to my husband.
My questions are:
What is the probability of approval if there is no call to sponsor and Employer? Bdw our case is straight forward no complication at all.
Can i expect a response next week from HO? its 54th working day today since date of application.
