Re: PAKISTAN UK SPOUSE VISA APPEALS

Post by Annonymous » Fri Jul 24, 2015 2:03 pm

Hi,

Well you are right but I don't know why I am starting to loose patience.

I first got married in 2008 it took 3 years to brought my first wife here and sadly with in a short period of 11 months all of a sudden she decided that she don't want to live with me any more as she was only after coming to Britain did my every best to keep her happy but I guess what else one can do if the other person have completely different plans in life.

I am nearly 38 years old now and still I don't have a family of my own.

All of my friends in my social circle are settled with 3 or 4 kids long time ago and I am still struggling with this visa issues :( .

My wife was quite patience but now she's also started loosing patience as well as all of my in laws family are migrated to Canada and she just live all on her own with my family just my parents and a younger brother at home.

Life is extremely boring for her and I bet it is.

Sorry if I have up set any one on the group but have no one left to share my feelings.

Stillwaiting123 I guess you're a British citizen if I am not wrong. Just asking you don't have to tell me if you don't want to, I'll still pray for your husband visa success.

Just wanted to know what will happens if the time will pass for the review deadline how long more will it take to get an actual Oral Appeal hearing date which I have paid for Originally.

Any body has any idea.

I guess Stillwaiting123 you must have some idea about my query.

Good luck to every one.

this is so sad to read but i bet it has made you a stronger person :), forget about the past and concentrate on your future just remember all good things come to those who wait and anything worth having with worth waiting for, r u not originally british??

make sure u give your wife support to as it must be hard for her as well but don't worry soon it will pay off and u can settle down properly, Allah tests those who he loves. have faith.

if the review deadline is over then u normally know 3-4 weeks after and are given a date but this date can be anything from 2-6 months after depends where u live, if u live in smaller cities other than Birmingham, London, Manchester etc then its much quicker, and yes i am British born and bred, and thank you don't worry this time next year it will be a far distant memory.

Hi

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

I am not British I am here on my permanent resident status. Came to UK as a student nearly 14 years ago. Did my MBA degree in Financial Management. Got the WP, got the ILR. Even today I just still regret staying here and pursuing my career in this country which has given me nothing but grieves and sorrows and bad health and troubles.

I am thinking that if I would have just gone back to Pakistan like my other friends probably I would be happier just like them God Knows What struck to my mind that I've started settling down here career wise.

Well you are absolutely right that Almighty Allah test those who He loves the most well I can't say much on that a part from Allah Ka Karam Hay for every test if Allah Loves me. but as far as becoming a more stronger person thing is concerned my sister humans are made of sand and you cannot make sand any stronger. I've gone through worst in my life the biggest one was my divorce which was like a car accident that all of a sudden some body hits you from the back you wouldn't even dream of getting that to happens to you and then all of a sudden you'll find out that youre badly hurt because of some one else mistake. Well

I am supporting my wife as much as I can, as I really feel for her more than my self that shes the one who has got nothing to do with any of my past but she's also getting the sufferings because of my fate and my past bad lucks.

At last I would say its nice meeting you virtually through this forum.

Please kindly keep us updated on the forum with the outcome.

Sorry once again.

Good luck to all.

If it's damaging your health and you feel left out from your friends circle, why don't you consider going back to Pakistan? Obtaining a visa isn't easy for everyone, like yourself, you've been struggling for about 5 years now (including your ex wife), spent thousands by now. But as you have already appealed, you should wait for the outcome.
TIMELINE

Hi ineedhelp,

I don't know you personally but your advice really touched my heart. Well I tried that as well as I have gone through enough pain and sufferings try to went back to Pakistan and lived there. failed to secure a job in 3 months ran out of money didn't wanted to reply on parents any more hence I came back.

No body like to put their self in pain in agony in problems, your analysis about my case is excellent. I mean it you sounds an extremely clever person to me.

Well going back to Pakistan is always an open option available which I can utilize any time hence I tried this last resort of appealing my wifes case.

I would humbly like to request you to kindly pray for my wifes visa appeal that Insh Allah I'll succeed this time.

The point I would like to make here is that if the UKBA has made the rules and if the person is fulfilling all the requirements according to their rules I don't understand why is it still difficult for any one to get the visa even after fulfilling all the most stringent requirements and rules.

I would like to ask you this question that why there's such a discrimination and prejudice against me . Am I not a normal human being just like you Ineedhelp ???? am I not a law abiding healthily contributing member of the Tolerant British Society ???

Waiting for your thoughtful reply.

Many thanks

Hi

Well I'm still waiting don't know for how long more do I've to wait these process r really slow it's been almost 4 weeks the fee is been taken from my bank account and I'm just waiting because of the mistake of these incompitent home office staff so called ECO

People might think that I am moaning a lot but when you earn money in this country and when you still facing all the hard ships and suferrings for no obvious reasons you'll feel extremely frustrated and angry.

Its been almost 14 odd years I am living in britain and I pay 7 to 8 K per annum just in taxes thanks to Almighty Allah I Am amongst the high rate tax payers. what I take back from this country nothing not a single penny. Always a law abiding citizen like any other british citizen.

And I am so disappointed to see that some people on the group were advising me to take the option of going back to pakistan I would like to ask them again that why shall I go back to Pakistan why theres such a prejudice aginst me. am I not a normal person,

Sorry if i upset any body.

As soon as I'll heard any thing back I'll surely update the group. If I'll still remain alive till that time

in the mean time all of my heartiest prayers are with every one on this group for their success in their lifes and in their visa application process.

Good luck to all.

Yes advising/suggesting, because you said yourself, your health is being affected + you also said yourself, you would go back. No one is telling you to go back. If you go back or not, it's no one's business, but your own choice.

Even if someone is a billionaire, they still have to go through the same rules and procedures for obtaining a visa, in this case a spouse visa. So it doesn't matter if you are a high tax payer or not. The rules are the same for everyone applying for a spouse visa. You won't be treated any special than a low tax payer or someone who pays none at all.

Your friends decided to go back and now they have their own family. You decided to stay and call your wives over and settle here in the UK. You made the decisions as you said in your other post. Others can only suggest and listen to your story. Only you can make the final choices.

It's unfortunate that you're not having much luck with the visa so far, but you're not the only one, there are many who are in the same position as you and more worse. Feeling sorry for yourself and thinking you are a victim isn't going to solve anything.
TIMELINE

Spouse Visa (Entry Clearance) granted on 20-02-15
FLR-M (Extension) granted on 24-08-17
ILR (SET-M) not due until 2020
