Priority services for family visas

Do you guys see the resumption of priority services for new family visa applications made outside the UK happening anytime soon?

That will be a bad guess as no one here works for the HO nor know the internal workings .

have you guys seen this?
Apparently, they will start offering priority service to existing applications soon, but unfortunately no date yet for new applications
