Priority settlement service for a family

I am looking for some guidance on the settlement priority visa service available through VFS Global’s website.

Background: Husband and two children are applying for family settlement visas to join their wife/mother in the UK who is a British Citizen. They want to purchase the settlement priority visa service to get a quicker decision on the applications. Given that the applications are being submitted together, does each applicant need to purchase the settlement priority service?
