Glad you were able to pay IHS Dilshod, you must be feeling much less stress now. After all this hardship remember good times (ease) will come.

You dont have to email them, but like Jamshaid emailed them I thought you'd be curious and email to find out if a decision being made / application status. Jamshaid when you emailed UKVI what was the reply to application status>?

I E-mailed to International Inquiry center and requested them current status of my applications and asked them to escalate as it has been five months since applied. I also informed them that i have paid IHS for child.. International inquiry center aims to answer within 2 working days but sometime they take longer and usually say they have forward inquiry to concern department and they should be contacted me within 15 working days then Decision making center replies within 15 working days.
However i E-mailed them on 16th April 2018 but did not get reply back yet. I shall update once i hear anything from them. God knows how long we still need to wait.... As some people awaiting for over month or two even after paying Child IHS.

Dilshod it depends not on all case. Some people are getting decision within 2-3 days after payment.

and Jamshaid I understand the technicality of escalating, but surely if you asked for a application status they will tell you it then also they escalate.

This is why I asked you if you / you should / check if a decision has been made via email inquiry, which you will find they say that a decision has probably been made InshaAllah.

I think what happens is, they say "visa approved pending IHS payment" then IHS link gets sent, then when paid, they close the application and print the sticker in local embassy of country. Allah knows best, I am just guessing.

Ive made a phone calk just now.
Spoke to a lovely lady. She made an escalation reminder that i have made a payment for my sons Ihs and etc...

She did say i should hear from them within few days...

And wished me luck and best of everything nad family reunion.

Now everything is in the hand of creator as we say!

Lets hope for the best outcome.
I shell keep the forum updated.

One applicant who paid her Child IHS in february and still waiting for decision is making me confuse. Her hubby called UKVI inquiry centre and they told him that he needs to provide them NEW IHS reference number once payment is made but he sent them old IHS number??
Now my question and confusion is that i did not see anywhere new IHS payment refrence? I do not know what she means by NEW IHS reference?
Once paid, i sent email mentioning following:

2). GWF reference
3). IHS reference number issued at time of application.

6) Applicant Date of Birth
7). Applicant passport number

VAF number
However, i did not receive any akcnolwdgment email from ihs.sheffield@fco.gsi.gov.uk. DId u receive any acknowldgment???
What she is saying that UKVI informed her hubby that payment reference is your New IHS reference number. He already provided that yo them upon payment note sure why they asked him again... she is confusing me... Any guidence??

IHS reference number remains the same. You get a link to top up the remaining balance. The ECO / IHS team can look at the IHS token to see if amount (around 840 USD) is cleared.

When HO sent you a link for IHS payment, it wouldn't be a new IHS ticket, but the same one you provided when submitting application. UKVI call center have very limited information and wouldn't be aware of how IHS token links work.

If that person did not make the payment for IHS within the 7 days given, they would then possibly haven written on the 7th day to say make payment or make a deicsion by now. The delay is possibly due to linking the wife's and child's applications or embassy is taking long to print stickers, Allah knows best.

Do as the ECO asked you to do - pay the token and then email ihs.sheffield with GWF and amount paid and leave it at that. ECO will then check the system and if payment is cleared, inshaAllah will then inform local embassy to print the vignette stickers for wife and kid.

As @ Londoner says we did follow as they wanted.
Cleared the balance and that is it.
It does however confuse you a bit.

(On completion of your IHS application you will also be emailed a copy of your IHS reference number, which you will need for your immigration application.) i think this is where it is confusing.
The ihs payment reference which we provides after payment and etc...
You did it right.

Someone had link for child IHS 4 weeks ago and today their VISA arrived

@ Jamshaid and Dilshod + All. I make dua everyday and always remember you in my prayers and always ask that you guys get your visas. You have waited so long and especially the little children will finally have a family. I know for a fact you will get it now, just wait a few more days / weeks. I have a feeling you will get some good news this coming week - going by when you were asked for IHS payment, InshaAllah.

I will be the most happy when I hear from you both that passport has been collected with vignette stickers very soon.

We made the payment afterall by chasing them.
Now waiting for the decision.
You have to contact ukvi and ask them to send you the link to make the ihs payment asap I believe.

thanks for your prompt replies ,actualy our solictor said ,not to contact to Ukvi again and again otherwise they will get angery and make a negative decision to get rid

thats why we are not escalating..

First of all this is your right to know where you stand, as a customer, because you have paid thousands of Pounds for the application. Secondly, HOME OFFICE setup UKVI contact center to facilitate our inquiries and we are charged for this service. I think its a good idea to use this service, somehow, it helps to reduce our frustration level and give us some idea of our position.

Today marks 108 working day for me from Bio metric date. I received CHILD IHS payment link on 98th working day after requesting Escalation. Still waiting for decision.

If you have not contacted UKVI Center then i think you should send them E-mail for status. Decision Making Center shall reply you back within 15 working days. Dilshod and Londoner007 also suggested same. However, if you do not feel comfortable contacting UKVI center then hold tight and wait with patience. Let's hope for the best.
