Hi Jaxgon, apologies i have been away on business, we received an email from UKVI in Croydon stating that the original decision has been withdrawn and that we should expect to hear of the new decision in the near future, whatever that means. The additional evidence we submitted satisfied the needs.

experience so far,
UKVI enquiry desk, do not provide any information at all, let alone actually read the questions posed to them.
Tribunal, indifferent service received, some are very good, some are very poor and extremely rude.

it appears, they pretty much wait up until 28 days are up before they contact you with their withdrawal decision. i assume, and i could be wrong, if one does not hear from them within 28 working days, they have probably not changed their mind.

when we receive the next update i will post further.

good luck

Thant is a great news. All the best and wish you get your spouse visa stamped by the earliest.

I wish others also get good news without any further delay.

Hi, withdrawn of initial decision means, you will be asked to pay NHS health surcharge again by submitting a fresh online application until the stage of NHS payment in order to generate the IHS number (they will email you for instructions), and then submit your passport. The whole process of receiving the overturn decision from Croydon to visa stamping took a month for me. It includes a week home office holiday because of Chennai flood.

Hi,

If the Entry Clearance Officer overturns the decision, they will contact you.

Hi, Perperkg

Congratulations I hope you will get passport with visa soon.
I emailed Global Appeal they revert that Your appeal has been reviewed and forwarded to the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal who will contact you when it has been listed for a hearing. Please note that we have no further input into your appeal and will not be able to offer any updates. That means my appeal isn't sucsessful.

I am very sorry to hear that Jaxgon, i can imagine the pain that you are going through and the disappointment, we are fortunate that our case was easy to overturn, albeit it has taken almost half a year to get to this stage.

Hi, Perperkg

• create a fresh application via www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk and make the IHS payment as part of that process;
• no need to pay visa fees;
• once you have completed this process and containing your name, the two GWF references (old and new) and the IHS reference number so that we can incorporate your IHS details to your current live application.

Hi All

My spouse settlement visa application was refused on Dec. in Delhi, and we have appealed against it. unfortunately the ECM maintain the decision of refusal, Anyone know how long they will take time for Paper hearing. It is possible to change their decision in hearing. Visa refused Dependent - Financial Reason - Apply to join the family of the Settled Person. What Next ?????

· Personal Bank Statements covering the same 24 month period as the company Tax Return CT600 showing that the salary as a director was paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person.
· Corporate/Business Bank statements covering the same 24 month period as the company Tax Return CT600
· Dividend Vouchers for all dividends declared in favour of the person during or in respect of the period covered by the company Tax Return CT600 showing the company’s and the person’s details with the persons net dividend amount and tax credit.

These are specified documents and they must be provided. The fact that your sponsor may not have completed a full financial year in the self employment doesn't exempt you from meeting the evidential requirements of Appendix FM-SE. Self employed sponsors are required to have completed a full financial year before they will be able to meet the evidential requirements of Appendix FM-SE.

Timeline so far:
Nov 3 2015 - Applied in Mumbai VFS & Biometrics taken
Dec 29 2015 - Received email from Mumbai that decision achieved, and documents posted to VFS
Dec 30 2015 - Passport received. IAFT-6
Jan 14 2016 - Appealed documents posted to UK.
Jan 18 2016 - Documents reached the Tribunal
Jan 22 2016 - Payment taken
Mar 09 2016 - Notice of pending appeal issued.
Apr 07 2016 - Appeal letter received.
May 05 2016 - Appeal bundle sent back to the Asylum & Immigration.
May 28 2016 - Now awaiting to hear from the Tribunal for paper hearing.

Hi guys,

Your accurate answer is much appreciated.
Can some one please shed some light on my query please.

My visa application were refused on 21/01/2016 based on some reason which is a different topic, however I have appealed on february 2016 against the decision of ECO, after few months of waiting, I recieved a letter from tribunal notice of pending appeal on 4/5/2016, in which tribunal given 28 days deadline to ECM to reconsider the case and today I have emailed 'global appeals team' to track my appeal process in respond I have got an email saying "Please note that your appeal has been processed and you will be contacted in due course" what does this mean and does it mean that my review has been successful of whatever please share your experience guys as I so frustrated?
Thanks

Which application centre in India has the fastest processing times? My wife's visa was earlier rejected and we have already waited for a long period and she applied from Chennai last time. I heard applying from Delhi is generally quicker, is it so? should we consider applying from a different centre if that would be faster than chennai? Please share from your experiences.
