UPDATE: 9/5 emailed again. MP contacted UKVI for an explanation. 15/8 UKVI claim that extra documents were requested which they did not receive - however neither myself or my lawyer received any request. It's extremely frustrating. All those waiting I sympathise as it's not easy.

It has been well over 60 days. Hoping for a positive response soon.

Called Again today - 2/8. An extremely helpful advisor this time. Case has been escalated
Update: 9/8 received reply from email stating case has been escalated, although it was also escalated on 2/8. No response regarding mp involvement even though it has been 5 working days.
Not sure what is causing such delays. Online tracker still not recognising reference number.

Hi,

If you get a useless call handler ask for name and call reference number. The first time I called I got a horrible call handler however the second time I called the person was extremely helpful. Doesn't help as you get charged! Hope you hear soon. Once 60 working days pass you can ask for case to be escalated but it may Be cheaper via email

Contacted for update: Again on 16/8/2017- no update waiting for decision. And also so informed to wait for 15 working day to escalate the case. Once its been escalated rest of the process will not take much time it seems.

Received email, saying application is not straight forward case : 05/6/2017
Received an email asking to pay IHS fess for my 2 children : 07/06/2017
IHS paid for my 2 children and sent an email to them with IHS reference numbers : 08/06/2017

I called UKBA customer care and just asked for the reason for the delay and also mentioned to them its been more than 4 months : 27/07/2017

Case has been escalated and got an escalated email which says provide updates within 15 working days: 28/07/2017 (but no response from them within 15 working days)

I sent an email saying no response for the escalation : 22/08/2017

Still waiting almost 6 months.

Anyone has similar kind of issue, please let me know how? also any idea what is going is going to happen next.
