Contacted UKVI on phone on 07.04.2017: To check why there is a different address mentioned. The representative took down the details to track down the documents and asked us to call back in 5 working days to check if the documents have been received by them. He was also told to escalate the matter for the difference in the address leading to this delay. He also provided us with a contact ID.
Contacted UKVI on phone on 18.04.2017: To check if the documents have been tracked and in process. To our shock there was no escalation and no documents tracked. We explained the situation and now escalated through email on the UKVI website. Both me and my husband emailed to track the documents and check if the documents are received and in process.
Email received on 18.04.2017 stating: Please note that your case has already been escalated and we are still waiting for a reply.
