I dont care about anyone here, some people r being rude i just told king not to waste his time and get stressed over everyone else.I dont think he is right or I am right. no one is right or wrong. but everyone is saying the same thing.
Mirpur is the one having digs why i dont know.
I come on here to see if the couple of people that are in my position have any news to give me a heads up. and honetly Nazia i miss them comments. that unfair because its all about the time line.
You and I both have our issue and come here for our benefit, but tellme in the last two weeks what benefit have you seen?
Everyone is fustrated so am I, I have my reason but I havent gone n about how long the british court is taking and thats the uk, this forum in the last month has totally changed.
Dont take me wrong.....it must pregnancy hormones...only got two weeks and my appeal hasnt even been looked at.

I will catch up with you on facebook

Zully
I aplogise if I said anything to offend you. I forgot you were pregnant hence the frustration. Please forgive your sister in Islam.

It is because off the delays and everyone is getting frustrated because there seems to be no news on whats going on. If it wasnt this, the last two weeks we could have heard positive news, we would have heard a few off the members visa's being granted but because all that is put on hold and no one heard anything thats why we are debating the processing times.

Insha'allah after this week things should be back on track and all this will come to an end.

@nazia

Do not say sorry... theres no need, you know you will hear something. they have to get there work load completed also. and dont forget. all the olympic
stuff starts next months so that stress should be completed by the bhc real soon.
Everything will get back on track real soon for you,
just be patient,

I remember someone saying that more weddings are being held over April and may even March due to the hot weather comming and also all the power issue so maybe they are unindated with all types of applications. And fasting is next months so people get married before hand, All these little issues can really build up.

if you feel u can make the difference then just do it...... all mouth no action isnt the answer.
and yes if your visa is rejected its rejected......... so then what.
I dont care about your case your wife or anything.
What i care about is that normal mature people are not being helped here and no advise is going out to them.
All ou have done is aggravate people. even the ones that were calm you are just fustrating them now.
when people like me is trying to give feed back to certain members. im getting called a hypocrite.

Next time people don't add my name to your conversation. i was talking with king. i have nothing to say to you. so please stay out of by business

Zully
firstly, if i am not wrong then dont talk down on me as though what i am saying is rubbish.
and yes i DO feel i can make a difference and you say i am 'all mouth no action'? since when have you been spying on what i have been doing? what the hell have i been doing in the last week or so? trying to MAKE A DIFFERENCE! i have asked everyone on here to complain, i have complained to numerous places myself and got a response back from the UKBA too who are asking me for further information and even apologized and said they will take the complaint seriously!

and maybe i am not 'normal' to you, maybe people like me you look down to, who knows. and maybe i am not as mature as someone of your stature but i feel i AM helping. just because i am not saying 'you will hear something soon' does it mean i am not helping? i think and hope i have opened peoples eyes when i gave them some advice about what to expect when applying for visas. i also advised them on the chances of getting rejected and advised them to save up money. and allah willing, my complaints and i hope i managed to get a few more people to complain about it will inshallah help another person in the future. even if it is just one person who i help with my official complaint letters.

and you are happy to use my name but dont want me to use yours? that sister IS being a hypocrite.

oh and what you said about my wife, why even involve her in this at all? very out of order there zully. yes clearly you do not give a toss about her, but just to let you know my wife is ill. she has no one to take care of her properly. the village she lives in goes most of the day without electricity and the heat is giving her even more trouble as she is not well. so yes i know you do not give a toss about her but your insensitivity to another girl who is in a similar situation to you is mind boggling. and i wont bring your husband up as im not that kind of person. call me what you like but dont bring my wife in to this please.

WOW I just have to say I very rarely come onto this forum now because of all the pointless comments people have been making.

All I can say to the people complaining about waiting times is "You just have to WAIT" Complaining isn't going to do much.

Everyone has the choice to marry whoever they wish but they also have to accept the bagage ie marrying someone from Pakistan you have to accept the Visa application and all it entails.

I just pray to Allah swt that you and your spouses get the Visa granted. If your like this with just the application time I'd hate to think what you would be like if your Visa was refused.

Life isn't easy. Granted it's in our kismat on who we marry but it's also kismat on things that happen in our life. Patience (Sabar) is the key. Be Grateful to Allah swt.

I have been on this forum for just over a year now. My Husbands application was refused. We appealed and I went to the hearing by myself infront of the judge and put forward out case.

Alhumdullilah the appeal was accepted and Visa granted.

I pray for all those waiting that they are granted the Visa first hand as believe me appealing is just another hurdle that you can do without.

All the best for the future and my prayers are with you.

it should not be an issue as long as it was stamped it should be fine. you have it stamped and the english version also shows the correct information so that all should be fine.

Ok people when I get home later on today, I am going to go through the last 10 pages and a few of you are going to be on thin Ice whilst a few others are going to get banned for trolling and breaking the forum rules. Once again and for teh final time anybody who puts useless information on here will be banned and their IP address which I can locate will also be banned. I might even decide to completely close this section down, so nobody will be able to post in it. :x

Simply, go through the last 10 pages and delete all the useless bickering although it is understandable why some of these people are frustrated
and stressed out because of the delays in respect of their applications.

Go through the pages

Post by dolphin10 » Thu Jun 07, 2012 6:34 pm

Is there a way to access these pages without going through them page by page?

I mean if I wanted to access page 677, how would I do that? Sorry for asking a very basic non immigration question.

Lot of people on this forum think that delays in processing spousal visas are unreasonably long then why not get a PETITION going, everyone signs it and hand copies to your MPs and the original to the Home Office.
If the targets are not being MET then people are justified in complaining, just be at peace with each other on here and get to real work.

If the Feb lot do get a reply after 90 days then most likely we will hear something July time.
Hopefully all will get sorted before Ramadhan!

Feb applicants are not getting a reply coz all the ECO's and UKBA have a personal vandetta against them...actually who ever isnt getting a reply wd in 60days thats the case wd all of u... DOES THAT MAKE U FEEL BETTER???
(for all those who cant read btw the lines m bng sarcastic:/)
sometimes i forget that everyone here is married coz God forbid if they have to go through anything tougher than this in their life ahead they'll proly jump off a cliff. the truth is SOUTH ASIAN specially Pakistani applicants HAVe to go through the LONG process and delays coz they'd check our family trees if they could to make sure the applicant's genuine and also wont be a burden on the benefit system in UK.

everyone from now on who applies fro a spouse settlement visa should keep the 90 working day mark in their head and if they get a reply before that consider it a blessing!!!

But how it can be turned into a fruitful thing? I mean is there an example like this in past? I am definitely in if some kind of activity is planned like this
