spouse visa and annual calculation

Post by oakley » Sun Nov 03, 2019 8:58 am

Hi all

iam british citizen i would like to bring my wife from morocco to live with me in the uk.

i am working with a company for 7 months now . my contract 50hours a week

£900 every 2 weeks but some time do less hours when i get tired .here is my

last 6 months payment 13 payslip.

£792 +832 +866 +900 +900 +794 +849 +883 +900 +720 +450 +900 +900 =£10686

my gross income up to now £10686.

1)do my annual calculation will be under category A OR B .salaried or non salaried.?

2) DO i have to use this annual calculation £10686 /6 * 12= £21372 for non salaried.
OR £450 *13 =£ 5850 for salaried.?

3) which forms i have to fill ?

4) which documents we have to send to the HO to support our case.

thank you

1. Depends on your contract
2. If you have fixed hours of contract but also working overtime then you will fall under both salaried & none-salaried otherwise only none-salaried
3. https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... 1536463644 (select fm partner & then your country)
4. There are various threads about it, search yourself. You have to send documents such as Marriage certificate, tb test, A1 ielts test, payslips, bank statements, employer letter, tenancy agreement, noc letter and subsisting relationship evidences.

1. You are under both. Your fixed contracual hours will comes under salaried while overtime under none-salaried person.
2. If you are with your current employer from 6 months then Category A otherwise category B

I agree with seagul. Are you salaried or Non salaried? It looks like you might be Non salaried if yes then your calculation for Non salaried above is correct.

You can apply as CAT A Non salaried if youre paid per hour or based on hours work.
