Hi, I’m having my CMRH soon and was wondering what you stated in ur CMRH and how the judge overturned ?
Hi
We didn't attended it we submitted all our supporting documents and witnesses statements.
Our decision was overturned by Home office they withdraw appeal and reconsidered our application.
Depends on case situation you should check with your lawyer ask them in which category your application goes then write statements in support. Make sure you be clear in rules that your case is strong.
Hope it will help. Our best wishes are with you

Hi TODMATT
Thanks for your post.
We actually tried call HO but they said it can take up to 8 working weeks. I am not sure if should be 8 weeks as HO withdrew the appeal so I was thinking should be 4 weeks maximum.
But if we follow 8 weeks that will be 31st may. Honestly it taking forever been over a year 🥺🥺🥺🥺😑😑😑.

Please suggest us what we can do as our lawyer seems bit busy lol

You can contact your MP to help you in this case or contact the UKVI via email and no need to call them.

As also suggested by TODMATT, go the way of your MP too. Some if not most do really push through and get response for their constituents.

Hey,

We not attending the hearing yet because our barrister is talking on our behalf. Since my husband was overstayer and illegal entry we hope they overturn. But was yours CMRH ( case management review hearing) too? And may I know what you stated roughly as I am currently struggling to get through this. Thanks

Hey
Sorry for late reply.
Actually our application was based on human rights. So we focused on all legal rights and law that preferred our application. We stated every little information that was valid to make them overturn decision.
You need to be clear in your statement that why Home Office should overturn their decision.
And in skeleton argument you need to prove that home office didn't made a right decision, and why appeal should be allowed.

And don't worry just put your 100% and your barrister should be a competent person. It takes time that is really hard but I will say don't give up. You can do this as others all. Soon will get a good news.
