Received email today 21-07-16 sayin they need to see original to cetificate even thou I sent copy of tb cert and ielts cert both were copy's but they only requested only tb cert

Really tense moment for us and the fact that we can't contact anyone else but to wait, is really frustrating... Going to Gerry's office to inquire seems like a waste of time and energy...
If any of you nice people has some advised for me, I'll be really grateful for that... feeling really confused as to what is happening or has happened to our application as they don't seem find a record of it on their system!!
