Spouse Visa Extension

Hello,

I am not sure if could write in this forum about my enquiry.
Also would like to apology to express my personal matters in this forum.

Actually, I am an applicant currently in UK and it would be 2.5 years on December so going to apply for Spouse visa extension but the problem is our address proof.

Me and wife were living together for 1.5 years and due to some disputes between us we both are living separately for nearly a year in different address.
Since the day we were living separately,both were trying very hard to resolve the matters. Finally all the disputes are cleared between us and want to live together agian.

With prior to resolve our family matters first, now we are unable and also could not provide with our names on same address because Home Office need proof of address showing living together in a same address from the last 2.5 years or the date of entry.

I know free advice is not possible but lawyer fees are £800 - £1000 with consultation fee £120,so, did not approach them.

Would be grateful for your kind advice and suggestions.

Do you not have any letters at all that were addressed to either of you in the past 2.5 years?

Thankyou for your response.
We do have GP letters, bank statement, TV licence for 1.5 years and and after that differenet seprate address bank statement,phone bills for nearly one year.

Include them and whatever at all you have in your names

Thank you Londoner007 and I am worried about the different separate address of us for the recent one year. Home Office would decline the address proof.

Do not worry just give whatever you have. If need be just explain situation in a cover letter.

Also, could I send all my official documents passport, biometric card to Home Office via speed delivery post. Or are there any specification to send official documents e.g. normal post only.

Recommended to send via royalmail special delivery.

I would also include a pre-paid special delivery envelope / bag for them to return these documents back to me, otherwise they use normal post

Hi,
I would like to enquire that how to provide Home Office the address proof, if -

- form the date of entry me and my spouse rented for 1 year small room in shared house
- due to renovation work again we moved to another rented house and lived there for another 1 year
- now after disputes we have different address for 1 year

So, wiht in 2.5 years I haved changed 3 address but how to provide proof address from which sources.

I came to know that Home Office need to spread all over 2 years at least 6 sources.
