Spouse visa fees Pakistan

Post by Qismat » Mon Dec 28, 2020 6:11 pm

Hi everyone,

I am looking to get married from Pakistan. I want to know approximately how much would it cost to bring my spouse over ? Please include visa fees and any other fees I would have to pay.

Best Regards

Keep in mind that this is for the initial visa for 33 months. You will then need to renew the visa for a further 30 months with the fees then being charged (and fees tend to increase annually, in some cases at 25% per year) before the spouse is able to apply for ILR.

So that's around 2700 for 2.5 years plus solicitor fees ? Would you say solicitor fees are around £2k for each renewal application?

I don't know what solicitors charge and it likely varies.

Note you do NOT need a solicitor. It is not a difficult application to make.

Thanks, that's not bad at all

I've seen people spouse visa taking over 6 months. Would that be because of the delays on their side in terms of incorrect paperwork ?

Not attributable to paperwork deficiencies only. It could be as a result of numerous things or actually nothing at all (check forum to see samples).

Hi- I only had to pay the 78 quid for prime time appointment for biometrics in Islamabad for the entry clearance spouse visa. What was the 102 pounds you paid for..is that a separate charge? I haven't been asked to pay this

Sorry just realised it was actually £102 altogether. £72 for prime time and £24 for document upload or something like that. Can’t remember exact prices
