Spouse visa Financial requirements

Hi There,

My question is i am earning more than £18,600 per a year to sponsor my husband to uk. But i am recieveinh Universal credits to help with the housing costs. Will it affect my spouse visa application to sponsor my husband???

If your wages amounts to £18,600 per a year or more, then it doesn't matter what benefits you're receiving. It's within your rights to get what you're entitled.
It wouldn't affect your spouse visa application.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
