Spouse visa renewal - living together question

Post by LightNova » Thu Jul 26, 2018 2:10 pm

Hi All

My spouse is on a 2.5 year spouse visa which was obtained last year. We have until 2020 to renew.

We have not as yet put both our names on any bills, council tax, joint bank account. I'm in the process of doing this all now.

Will this be a problem when we renew 2020. It will probably cover a year and half of living together

Regard

I think there are a lot documents which can be used for cohabitation apart of bills/bank statements. Even any ordinary correspondence from government department or renowned service provider can also serve the purpose.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
