Yes unfoutunatley both are risky and pricey , however i have looked on the website and found the tier 5 section I read through it ,seems quiet reasonable in his case . What do you think ?Casa wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 2:19 amBy all means check the employer Sponsorship list, but it doesn't appear that your husband qualifies for a highly skilled Tier 2 visa.
There is the option of a Student visa if he genuinely intends to study and can obtain sponsorship from a UK University, but the cost of this can be between £10,000 - £20,000

You might want to look at the eligible programmes:Mounirleena wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 8:32 amYes I of course but since he has a low level of skills and low income earning of work , would it be acceptable to apply for the tier 5 ?
Couldn't I not just possibly apply for the spouse visa ? Without the asking amount of 18 thousand since it has stated you may still be to apply to get the visaALKB wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 9:02 amYou might want to look at the eligible programmes:Mounirleena wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 8:32 amYes I of course but since he has a low level of skills and low income earning of work , would it be acceptable to apply for the tier 5 ?

As far as I am aware, the financial requirement has to be met when applying from outside the UK for an initial spouse visa. Only if the non-EEA spouse already lives in the UK, they can apply for the 10-year route, which, in the end is very expensive, by the way.Mounirleena wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 9:59 amCouldn't I not just possibly apply for the spouse visa ? I think the tier 5 will be alot of hassle for me , because still need to find a sponsor that will accept him and he has a diploma in hotel technician i don't think that's stated on the tier 5 . I'm afraid he won't find a job in his sector
