How old is your husband and what qualifications does he have?

If he works at a low skills level, he won't qualify for a Tier 2 General visa.

For tier 2 he needs to find a sponsor willing to employ him and issue a restricted certificate of sponsorship.

Trying to determine whether your husband has a highly skilled position in his employment.

What role is 'diplomat in hotel technician' and 'hotel finance' :?:

You can look at the official home office sponsor list, nothing stops you doing that. He will however have to apply for jobs himself and get accepted once a sponsor has completed all the requirements to sponsor someone from outside the UK.

It is not the easiest process and is aimed at highly skilled migrants. It can be a long process.

Note that it cannot be any employer that you find. It has to be one on the list and they must have a sponsor licence.

By all means check the employer Sponsorship list, but it doesn't appear that your husband qualifies for a highly skilled Tier 2 visa.

There is the option of a Student visa if he genuinely intends to study and can obtain sponsorship from a UK University, but the cost of this can be between £10,000 - £20,000

Yes unfoutunatley both are risky and pricey , however i have looked on the website and found the tier 5 section I read through it ,seems quiet reasonable in his case . What do you think ?

Which tier 5 exactly were you looking at? There are different types.

What is your husbands nationality?

Out of interest, how old were you when you married??

Yes I of course but since he has a low level of skills and low income earning of work , would it be acceptable to apply for the tier 5 ?

It is not a scheme where he can do whatever work he wants. There are strict rules for this visa too.

Ok I'm just getting my self confused here, I think I'll have to apply for spouse visa , I know I don't meet the financially requirement but it has stated
in the gov web that you may still able to get visa if you have a child born in the UK.

You might want to look at the eligible programmes:

Couldn't I not just possibly apply for the spouse visa ? Without the asking amount of 18 thousand since it has stated you may still be to apply to get the visa

https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse

I think the tier 5 will be alot of hassle for me , because still need to find a sponsor that will accept him and he has a diploma in hotel technician i don't think that's stated on the tier 5 . I'm afraid he won't find a job in his sector :?

As far as I am aware, the financial requirement has to be met when applying from outside the UK for an initial spouse visa. Only if the non-EEA spouse already lives in the UK, they can apply for the 10-year route, which, in the end is very expensive, by the way.

He could come to the UK as a student and switch to spouse (if a student visa is issued at all under these circumstances, as he might not be seen as a genuine student) - Expensive: high tuition fees, maintenance funds have to be shown, etc.

You could move to Morocco.

You could move to an EU country before Brexit - tall order for a 19-year-old with an infant and nobody knows currently what will happen after Brexit.

To be honest, I am afraid that there is no easy/affordable solution for your situation.
