For the applicant, your biodata page, pages containing visas, entry and exits stamps( if any) to corroborate any travel history you stated in the online form.
You can used PDF compressing apps to reduce the size or don't scan in colour.

Think no need to upload the application form itself as it is actually what got you on the process I.e online application, same as your appointment, these are readily available to HO and VAC as hosted on their websites /servers.
You have options of husband airline tickets going under family evidence(which was where I uploaded mine), travel docs and others.
Whichever you do, ensure in your cover letter you type out what documents you uploaded and under what sections.
