Spouse visa to ILR

Hi,
My husband was granted spouse visa on exceptional ground due to us not meeting the financial requirements. But now he is working and meet the £18600 requirements. His next extension is May 2023. Is there any way he can make it for the indefinite leave to remain after his second extension as he was put on 10 year Route due to the financial requirements not met.

Nope, that boat sailed the minute he didn't make the cut. What he can do is to shorten it to 7.5 years. The next application should be FLR M, this would put him back on the 5 year route. Provided he meets all the requirements.
Then he can renew this again with another FLR M. After 5 years on this, totalling 7.5 years, he can apply for ILR M.
You can't pick and choose to amalgamate different routes when it pleases you.
