My solister had call from ukvi on 7 aug they wanted my 1years bank statement as i run bussiness and opend my bank acxount only last 6 months
Swnt all my documents
Swnt them 1 year bank statement on 7 aug
My income is 23000 peryear for bussiness and self employed money for bussines came in my personal bank account before i had bussiness account all transation shows how much cash i had in account.
Subbmiter my tax return with sa302 f

Its been neary three weeks no bews yeat
I have solister how applied for me.
Will i recieve call or email or will they inform my solister regarding further ie collecrion of passport.
Any help pls waiting is very hard

I applied for priorty service nad through solister.

Hi uzma60 i was only worried bit coz when my wife went for her biometrics there was two oter persons those who were there for biomatrics one girl and one boy.
There biomatrics were on 30 july and that girl did biomatrics wither her she recieved text that her passport is dispatched on 4 aug and recieved her passport after fewdays with visa and other peraon who was with her recieved text on 8aug and recieved passport in few days they both have booked there tickets.
I know i got delayed coz i sent document little late to sheffield.
Just was worried and stuff.
You know how hard is this moment waiting is worst bit .
I know some people being waiting for long time to get good news.
Hope i get gud new very soon and also evwryone else too.

We had our biometrics on 6/2/18 and we are still waiting.

Hi Amanij93, we're in the same situation, but my local MP can't do much about it. All we can do is pray and wait for the decision, but I'm hoping that people who applied in February will get a decision this month and Amanij93 can you post your timeline please. Thanks

I am new to this so I am not sure if I have posted in the right place, apologies if I have not.

Timeline:

My husband and I made an application for him to join me in the UK
Application made on 28 January 2018
Biometrics - 6 February 2018
UKVI returned our supporting documents on 9 March 2018
Not straight forward email received on 27 April 2018

As you can see we have now waited 107 working days since the date of the biometrics. We have escalated the case 3 times - to which UKVI only respond by saying it is still being assessed. My MP also got involved and when UKVI got back to him they just said we have to wait as the case is complex. They have not contacted us asking for additional documents, nor have they contacted my managers. Our case is very simple and so I am not sure what is complex about it. Only thing that is making us very nervous and stressed is that my husband's visa in Australia expires in September 2018 and his passport expires in October 2018. We have informed UKVI of this multiple times but they really don't care. It doesn't really make sense because he wouldn't be able to travel with an expired passport anyway and it takes 3 months to renew his passport from Australia...

Has anyone waited this long yet? What is the maximum time UKVI can take to make a decision? We have lost hope and are now thinking to withdraw the application and for me to go to Australia then maybe apply to the UK again from there. Which I really don't want to do! Ah!

Sorry to hear , yeah I did as I emailed them on Monday saying I haven’t received a confirmation email and wanted to know th status of the application. They said it’s under consideration and awaiting decision. Fingers crossed get the good news soon. Best of luck to you also, I hope you get your documents soon.

Ok that's great! In that case, I wouldn't worry too much and just wait for the decision to come in.

When I applied for my wife and daughter's visa, it took a total of 58 working days from the time they took their biometrics. They asked us to pay for my daughter's IHS a month after the biometrics and the results were positive and got their visas last week.

I'm happy for you mate, but how did you know that if they asked for IHS the chances of your visa application will be approve? Some of the members here got approved application, but HO didn't asked for their IHS, is that even possible?

From reading other people's posts, those that did pay for their child's IHS came back with positive results. I am only basing it on this but do not take my word for it.

And wat sort of questions they ask.
Just curious coz u said the interview was like 35 mins long which is quite a long interview over the phone.
It will be great help if u could let me know atleast wat sort of question they ask over the phone. So we can be prepared thank you.

at the first i applied for the wrong visa none sattelement
but this time i apply for right one but now is more than 3 month i’m waiting
they called me and my employment about my job and got that email
