No response at all. I'm midway thru right now, mines priority but not close to 30wd yet. The only email we had was from TLS on the day of biometrics saying it has been transferred to DMC.

Hopefully you will get a decision before the 90wk. Usually if your case is straightforward only takes 8 weeks on non priority - but if its complex it will be 12 weeks or more. Complex meaning if they have to do checks i.e contact employer etc

If you have passed 8 weeks you need to contact them. Especially if you received ECO email on 11/10.

My timeline is similar:
Application submission date: 18/09/19
Documents uploaded via VFS online: 20/09/19
Biometrics: 24/09/19
Email from ECO: 14/10/19
UKVI call to me (sponsor) about work: 16/10/19
Call to Employer 1: 16/10/19
Call to Employer 2: 17/10/19

43 working days since biometrics (8th week)
47 working days since submission date (9th week)

Only difference is, I applied under category B due to being with my current employer less than 6 months as I was made redundant previously (March 2018-May 2018.
So I submitted 12 months worth payslips (9 in total) and 12 months Bank statements from Sept 2018 - Aug 2019.

My question is to anyone on the thread who is waiting, has anyone applied for spouse visa from pakistan under category B (similar situation as me)?

Hi , Thanks for your reply .
I guess we can update each other once we have an update , I've applied under Cat A - and from my point of view my case is pretty straight forward and I've heard if your case is straight forward you will get a reply in about 9th or 10th week. (fingers crossed) .
I don't think it really matters in which category you applied through as long as papers are genuine and complete .

I've just been reading thread and someone who had their biometrics enrolled 19/09 has had an answer and Insh'allah we shouldn't be far off.
Good luck Insha'allah it'll be a good news for everyone on this forum.

Hi

Yes insha'Allah, good luck to you also and everyone else and I guess we can update each other!
From my point of view my case is straight forward, every document is legitimate/genuine, I've tried my best to leave no stone unturned, it's just a case of if HO believe it's straight forward, I meet all the financial, relationship, accomodation and communication requirements etc etc.

My only worry is that I submitted under Category B and not many people have.

My only other question, is the 12 week wait from biometrics or application submission date? Very confusing that. I was under the impression it's application submission date.

Depending on if you did priority or non-priority it will be the following:
priority - 6 weeks wait
non-priority - 12 weeks wait

It says in the email.
