Property inspection report won't be needed but do inform to landlord/letting agent regarding your wife's pregnancy/additional occupant (even not being counted) to comply with any peculiar clause (if any) on your tenancy agreement which other than in academics enforce nowhere.
thanks

the new baby will star counting after 1year under accommotion overcrowding law.
a child aged 1-10 years counts as only half a person.

Thanks seagul.

i would like to apply with 6 months only.i know the gov said about furloughed people will start counting as 100%. like my one

1508 100% will be £1800
1512 100% will be £1800
1512 100% will be £1800
1512 100% will be £1800
1512 100% will be £1800
1512 100% will be £1800

I'm scare from case worker to calculate 80% only and refuse application.

What your advise should apply with this 6 months or with 12 months ?

Do you think 100% case worker will calculate as 100%?

Yes, the CW do know the rules and will abide by the concessions granted by HO to ease things like this application i.e. not penalize people unduly for what is not their making. If for any other reasons you are putting a cover letter, then reiterate it in the letter.

Thats why I'm scare from case worker for 6 months.
Do you think gategory B 12 months much safer for me ?

As you have clean teeth fortify you in challenging the decision where you will find their mistake. Besides this, I will stick to 6 months under category A where lesser documents with fairly easier calculations will be involved.
