Hi , I'm on ilr .. recently my wife's visa got rejected when she applied for spouse settlement visa..they sent a list of documents which are Missing.. I prepared everything still I want confirmation from you guys.

A. Application Forms

1. Online Visa Application Form (Original)
2. Completed Financial Requirement Form- Appendix 2 (Original)
3. Appointment Confirmation (Original)


B. Personal Documents

1. Passport (Original+Copy)

3. English proficiency Certificate by U.K. Naric (Proof of English Language) (Original+Copy)
5. Bank Statement (Original)

C. Spouse Documents

1. Copy of Passport (Copy) and BRP card(copy)
2.Supporting Letter (Original)
3. Spouse Pay Slips (sept 2015-October 2015)(April 2016 - October 2016) (Original)
4.Spouse Bank Statements (October 2015-September 2016) (Original stamped copies from branch)
5.Spouse P60 for the last two financial years (Original+Copy)
6.registration of limited company from company house(original)
7.company current appointment report from company house
8.A Confirmation Letter from my employer (Original)
9.SA302reports from HMRC for last 2years 2014-15&2015-16 (original)
10.company dividend vouchers from October,2015-September 16 (original)

Please could someone let me know if I am missing anything?

You've included here what you are sending but why not included the list of documents they told you are missing and how you have fulfilled that? Only if we know what they asked for can we tell if you have provided it.

If this helps: We were asked to provide much more than this. Photos of the interior to show there are enough rooms. Also several utility bills were requested from us as well.
You might reply with the list of what was requested from you and how you have satisfied it.

Your application for entry clearance under paragraph EC-P.1.1 of appendix FM is refused because you do not meet the income threshold requirement under Appendix FM and /or the related evidential requirements under Appendix FM-SE

You have confirmed that you are not exempt from the financial requirements of Appendix FM. You are seeking to settle in the United Kingdom with your spouse.You are therefore required demonstrate that your sponsor has annual income before tax of at least £18,600.You state that your sponsor meets the income threshold by income derived from self employment.

The evidence required to demonstrate income from self employment is specified in Appendix FM SE

You have not provided all of the specified documents listed above.These documents are specified in the immigration rules in Appendix FM-SE and must be provided.in addition some of the documents which you provided do not meet the evidential requirements of Appendix FM-SE.in particular I have noted the following;

1.Sponsors company registration with company house
2.sponsors current appointment with company house
3.sponsors pay slips covering the period from31/08/2015 to 30/11/2015.however your sponsors CT600covers the period 01/02/2015 to31/01/2016.appendix FM SE states the pay slips must cover the same period as the CT600.
4.you have not submitted your sponsors business bank statements.Appendix FM SE states that business bank statements must cover same period as the CT600.
5.sponsors personal bank statements which you submitted are covering from January. 2016 to June 2016. This must be covering the same period as CT600 according to appendix FM SE. There fore it do not cover the same period
6. You have not submitted the personal bank statements showing your sponsors dividend was paid into his account

I have deemed that it is not appropriate to apply evidential flexibility because doing so would require requesting such a quantity of missing documents that would be comparable to submitting with a fresh application
