Uk spouse visa cash wage and bank slip discrepancy

Hi friend, I am in China and planing to apply for a spouse visa to join my husband who is British. He got paid by cash and put cash into bank account very month. I was advised that he has to deposit the exact amount of money, like say his payslip shows 1558.93 pounds, the deposit must be 1558.93, or the application will be refused even if he puts more, for example 1650. Is it true? it sounds a bit ridiculous to me.(I can understand it's not good to put less than payslip number) Anyone has the experience? Please kindly give your advice, thanks very much!

yes u will get refused, i had the same prob. sounds ridiculous , i applied but rejected.
Pls dont take chance, wages has to be exact to the penny

Thanks friend, I hope you get hold of your visa now. Can I ask one more question, if he pay slip shows pay date is 30May, can he deposit money some days later? Like 2Jun, 3Jun, not too much delay, is it okay?

Yes no problem in depositing 1 or 2 days after.
