Last week I get a notice from the home office. They withdraw their decision of the visa refused.
Now I’m waiting for tribunal to confirm and cancel the hearing. Hopefully my husband will get the visa soon.

Thanks everyone to helping me and answer my question when I was lost. Hope everyone can get the visa and appeal allowed.

I will provide my full time line when the visa release. Good luck for everyone, and don’t give up.

sometimes no news is a good news, home office are supposed to challenge the decision in 28days if they do not agree with tribunal, hence you must be happy you have passed that time. I think post decision team will contact you telling you about next steps like decision overturned and after few days of that send you directions on paying nhs surcharge and submitting passport.

Thanks for reply!

My concern is that it’s nearly 2 months. Should we contact home office ? Or wait ? It’s long and exhausting journey

the home office is very slow. My solicitor told me they normally will take 1-3months to respond to the tribunal decision.

i think best way to contact is via ukvi website international contact, it costs 2.74£ and its just me thinking that its only way to contact with home office iam not 100% sure though. its link can be found via google search.

Hi nel_2019

I hope you are well. My husband has the same timeline as you so we are in the same boat. Determination recieved last week of July. We have been waiting for correspondence from the Ho since but as usual no luck. I have been calling the tribunal regularly to chase up if judges decision has been challenged - nothing on the system. Judge also granted full fee award still haven't recieved the refund neither did we receive the refund for IHS on initial refusal. The email address for chasing an outstanding allowed decision is determinations.team@homeoffice.gov.uk. Please e-mail them and chase this up. I understand how stressful and tiring this whole process is, wishing everyone the best waiting to reunite with their loved ones!
please keep us updated.

I read online that the HO has 12 weeks/90 days to implement the allowed decision after the determination was sent but we all know what the home office is like, they take forever. Did the judge grant you a full fee award?

Have you contacted your local MPs? I think they can help you to ask the home office. My MPs was helped me to ask the home office why they make that decision too slow and looks like stopping the case. And then the situation like more faster. I get the hearing date after one week and eventually the home office withdrawal the decision.

Hello,

Yes I did contact MP but they haven’t replied and it’s annoying. I call them and it says not available leave a voice messages. Although I did send them voice mail and they haven’t called me back!!!

I have contacted determination team and no reply.

I have also called them ( paid outside UK) hence it says please wait and although I waited for 2 and half hours, it automatically ends the call. I’m stuck in darkness and there seems to be no way out of it!
