Visa extension after initial 2.5 yrs uk spouse visa

hello, May I ask somebody about meeting financial requirements for applying for extension I am goin to use my spouse financial and he was self employed,since lockdown he only got Ferlough and he doesn’t have any payslip was is enough to provide 12 months bank statement?thank you

Furlough staff still receive payslips where the tax is deducted as normal.

Good day everyone I just wanted to ask anybody my visa holder was spouse visa for 30months and I was goin to apply for extension for flem 2.5yrs again on May 2021 I am currently working here in the uk and I am 7 months pregnant my question is am I entitled to have maternity pay when I have maternity leave?according to my BRP it says no public funds thanks a lot for anyone who can able to answer and Keepsafe.

Its not a public fund and you are fully entitled of it without breaching the terms of your visa.

As mentioned above, it's not necessarily an immigration issue.

If not already done, you can have a look here at the eligibility. You should also check your employer's policy on it.

Addition to that,can we combine our payslip but I only earn about £13grand/a yr but I am in a contact.my husband is self employed we also have savings under my husbands name for about £10grand.thank you.

She would have to find her own visa route, by finding an employer to sponsor her and offer her a job, for a skilled worker visa if she qualifies for one. You can't sponsor her for a visa, neither can your spouse who your visa is based on.

The UK doesn't allow or support extended family chain migration.

His middle name is completely irrelevant to immigration/visas for the parent.

How long has your husband being employed? You don't need 12 months payslips if your husband has been employed for 6 months, you will only need 6 months payslips even if he was furloughed. This income count as full pay.

Thank you he was self employed and what month of payslip does he need? As it says prior after lockdown start March 2020-May 2021 it’s just confusing thank you.

Extend on FLR(M), before leave expires, if you already have leave as a spouse of settled person. Preferably not too early. Note requires at least A2 English. B1 preferable.

Hello can someone give me advise as I’m filling up my extension flrm as my spouse visa will expire on May 2021 my question is my husband has a son from previous and since application was through online I have to tick the box to go through like provide court letter for his sons or utility of the other parent who’s is his ex but we sure she will not provide it to us as they are not in good term but I can’t proceed to the application as long as I didn’t tick the box what should I do?thanks

Hello for visa extension flrm a joint name to proof that we are living together was it class as shared financial?but my husband just put my name so we have joint name in the same address but my husband only pay for the bills.

It's irrelevant who pays the bills.

Thank you casa for the answer, I really do appreciate it,may I also know how if we can’t provide some evidence for my husband child from previous it says we we have to provide utility bill from my husband ex gf or court order letter,we have to tick that box so we can proceed to the application I did tick the box but I guarantee we can’t provide it as my husband and his ex are not in good relationship and she won’t cooperate with that pls help.
