visa for my baby born in UK

hi iam on hsmp visa for 4 years comes under judicial review though my visa got extended with tier 1 general stamp recently and due to some reasons doesnt want to apply for settlement.

now i want to apply for a visa for my baby born in UK recently.

do i need to show only £533 or due i need to show £800+ £533 as maintenance funds.

we r planning to travel out of UK

Please some one help me out.

In my opinion you do not need to show the PBS maintainance requirement .
