Waiting for spouse visa

Hi guys need help here

I applied spouse visa for my wife from Pakistan 1/4/21 (through Soliciter)

Bio M done 6/4/21

Since then I did not hear any thing (more then 12 weeks passed)so I decided to right on the help line and ask them the status of my application (paid service) So I rang them 4/8/2021 and I was surprise when lady our the phone told me Decision as been made on 24/6/2021.I told her but I did not receive any email and I am still waiting for my passport which is our the month now since the decision as been made, she took all my details and told me she going to escalate the case and I will hear something soon.

Then I informed my solicitor and they was very surprised as well they said this never happen before they always receive the email soon after the decision made.

I did see one user here having a similar problem (adnanmumtaz)

ANY ADVICE BE GREAT

Did you ge the passport?

I have applied on 27th of July and I have got an email reply from UKVI this monday which is 06/08/2021 that the decision has been made for my application.

So i’m waiting for the VFS people to contact.

The number which they have on the website they charge for the service.best time to ring later day in office hours they will never pick up the phone
