Immigration for siblings

Post by jasonjason99 » Sat Apr 22, 2006 3:57 pm

Hi to all of the moderators and other experts.

I've searched for an answer to this on the web but haven't been able to find one. My wife is desperate to bring her sister to the UK to live. Does anyone know of any immigration provision that would allow this? My wife currently has ILR and will soon be applying for naturalisation.

Thank you.

No chance.

Unless she was totally dependent on your missus and even then the question would be 'why can you not look after in her country?'

Other than that your SIL would have to emmigrate here on her own merits.

IANAIL though.....
