Hi there,

This sounds very silly but has anyone encountered antagonistic and rude BIA staff at Heathrow Terminal 2. I have on occasions requested my "EU" passport to be stamped for various reasons on a "by request" basis. This is normally OK but recently have had some antagonism and interregations and passports being seized by CIOs and HMIs, and the holder being subjected to unwarranted harrssement. Is the request unlawful and if so whcih law does it contravene?
