Immigration help needed for i 130

Hi
My maternal grandfather...a US citizen..has filed a petition (i-130) for my mother's immigration to the US in July 2002
He has also kept my name in the form!
The visa call from the embassy has not yet come...i think it'll take 2 more yrs to come
Will i be able to immigrate on that basis even after i turn 21?
Really need help on this...
