Immigration history question

I need some help regarding question about previous immigration application made in UK or abroad.

I have made no previous naturalization application before so should I just say no here.

Or
Should I mention every single application I made since my first visit to UK, but I don't remember the exact dates of when these,were made.

Can someone kindly help. Thank you.

It's not about how many naturalisation applications you made - normally we only apply once.
It's an "if known" question. List as many immigration applications as you can remember, estimated month/year is ok.
